Spring Break Learn-to-Row Class  April 6-10 2010
(Ages 13-18)

Island Rowing Association will host an introduction to the sport of competitive rowing. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the sport and a very rewarding physical activity. Training and coaching will be provided by coaches trained and certified by USRowing . There will be four morning sessions at Lone Lake and one Saturday session at Freeland Park.  Students must be able to swim.
